The Clubhouse Model + Services
The Work-Ordered Day
- Services and supports are delivered through a structured work-ordered day, a core component of the Clubhouse International model. During the work-ordered day, members and staff work side by side to manage all aspects of the Clubhouse.
- Members participate in units such as:
- ADMIN + COMMUNICATIONS UNIT
The Administrative & Communications Unit supports the daily operations and outward voice of Rainbow Clubhouse. Members and staff work side by side on essential administrative functions such as data entry, scheduling, documentation, and program coordination, while also contributing to internal and external communications. This unit plays a vital role in keeping the Clubhouse organized, connected, and engaged with the broader community.
Hospitalities + facility management
The Hospitality & Facilities Management Unit focuses on creating and maintaining a welcoming, safe, and well-functioning Clubhouse environment. Members and staff work together on meal preparation, kitchen operations, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall care of the physical space. This unit supports the daily life of the Clubhouse while fostering shared responsibility and pride in the community.
Integrated Supports and Opportunities
In alignment with the Clubhouse International model, Rainbow Clubhouse offers a wide range of supports and opportunities, including:
- Vocational exploration and employment support
- Transitional, supported, and independent employment
- Supported education
- Wellness and recovery-focused services
- Independent living skills development
- Smoking cessation support
- Social integration and community engagement
- Peer support and member leadership opportunities
- SSI and SSD benefits education and support
- Housing assistance
- Member-led podcast
- Biweekly newsletter
Members also participate in social, recreational, and community-building activities during evenings and weekends, strengthening connection, creativity, and belonging.

Our Team
Lilibeth Marchena, CPRP
Director
Lili Marchena is the Program Director of Rainbow Clubhouse and a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Studies and is deeply committed to building inclusive, recovery-oriented communities. With a strong background in leadership and program development, Lili brings both compassion and vision to her work. She is passionate about empowering members, strengthening community connections, and creating spaces where people feel valued, supported, and capable of achieving their goals. Outside of the Clubhouse, Lili enjoys learning, travel, and experiences that continue to shape her perspective and purpose.

Lillian Marchena
Supervisor
With a background in marketing and finance, I studied at Long Island University and bring over 20 years of experience working with major brands. My career began as a brand ambassador and evolved into leadership roles, including Market Manager, where I developed strong skills in strategy, communication, and team leadership.
Growing up in an underserved community shaped my passion for service and mental health advocacy, leading me to my role as a Supervisor at the Rainbow Clubhouse. What I value most is supporting members as they build confidence, pursue their goals, and grow within a supportive community. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, fashion, and learning through new experiences.

Jahleek Bolden
Lead Staff Supervisor
My name is Jahleek Bolden. I am a Staff Generalist who helps keep things running smoothly while also supporting members and staff throughout the Clubhouse. I value authentic connection and I enjoy being part of a space that provides that “family-like” community, growth, and taking care of yourselves in more ways than one. Outside of work I REALLY enjoy all genres of music, learning ways I can improve as a person, or any knowledge in general, gaming, or probably watching anime.

- I’m Dominique A. Jefferson MSOT, and I work as a Care Coordinator. I really enjoy getting to know people and finding ways to help make their experience better. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me at the piano or volunteering with my sorority.

Robert Johnson
My name is Robert Johnson and I am a Peer certified graduate of Howie the harp Community access. I am a peer specialist/Staff generalist here at the rainbow clubhouse. I support members through group facilitation, one on one peer support and day to day clubhouse activities, Always bringing empathy, humor and real-life experience into the space. I mostly enjoy helping people feel seen, capable and connected while building confidence, purpose and community together with love!
Lawrence Fradera
Rainbow Clubhouse is more than a place where I work, it’s where I found a sense of home and belonging. I look forward to coming in each morning and working side by side with members during the work-ordered day, building real connections and supporting each other. Leading wellness corners means a lot to me because it gives me the chance to share what I’ve learned and encourage others to grow. I used to be more shy, but I’ve been pushing myself to step out of my comfort zone and show up with confidence. I’m passionate about getting better at what I do so I can truly support the members and make a difference. Being part of this community has helped me grow, and I’m proud to be someone others can count on.

Diana Denny is a dedicated Peer Specialist at the Rainbow Clubhouse, where she ensures every individual feels truly welcomed and supported. Guided by the Clubhouse’s motto, “We meet you where you are and take you where you want to be,” Diana empowers members to grow and achieve their goals through compassion, collaboration, and shared experience.

Rainbow Clubhouse Launches a New Website!
Rainbow Clubhouse is a program of the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, a licensed behavioral health organization providing a comprehensive continuum of care, including mental health services, addiction treatment, primary care coordination, housing support, care management, and community-based services, including a Food Pantry.
Participation in Rainbow Clubhouse does not require enrollment in any other Bowen Center program. For more information about the Bowen Center programs and services, please visit www.bowencsc.org.
